I ate my way through Korean traditional markets only eating the best korean street food in Seoul. I went to shinchang market located in north east of seoul and gwangjang market. I recommend you go check out shinchang market when you’re in Seoul because it’s not crowded and you’ll be able to get a taste for local street delights. Gwangjang market is also definitely a place you need to go visit, but the real tip is to go later at night to avoid the crowds and enjoy the ~real vibes~
