A short video showing some awesome Filipino Street food in Makati, Philippines. Most of the food at the place was authentic filipino bbq, most notably, Chicken Intestines, Chicken blood, and other parts of the pig.
Filipino cuisine is also known for its nose-to-tail eating philosophy. Offal bbq dates back in the Spanish Colonization (occupation) era where filipinos were given or only allowed to have the non-luxurious cuts of meat. Practically every part of the animal is eaten and turned into delicious offerings.
The bbq is also served with various vinegar based dips and soy sauce.
