Vietnamese make their own food. But it does not mean Vietnamese street food is not affected by other cuisines. This is the thinnest pancake, crepe and masala dosa you will see in the world. The cake is melted in your mouth. All are delicious and perfectly healthy. I can eat 30 of these easily. I have to admit Vietnamese are creative to modify the influence from French pancake, Thai crepe and Indian masala dosa in order to come up with their own good street food.
