My FIRST time trying Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup IN TAIWAN! It was heavenly, and of course, the best beef noodle soup I’ve had (so far 😉)
We ate at Yong Kang Beef Noodle in Taipei, Taiwan. I looked it up, and apparently it was given a Michelin Bib Gourmand!
We ordered the beef noodle soup with tendon. TJ also ordered a few sides: noodles, cucumber, and eggplant.
Every single dish was fantastic. I’m seriously in love with Taiwanese food.
