Street Food Style Egg Fried Rice Recipe!!
Hello Foodies!!! Today I am sharing with you a street food style Egg Fried Rice recipe. Though the recipe is an Indo-Chinese recipe, this fried rice is so spicy and filled with lots of Indian masalas and Chinese sauces. All together the recipe is a flavors bomb, which you will enjoy thoroughly.
Ingredients:
•1 cup Rice (1 cup is 185gms raw rice)
•6-7 tbsp Oil
•2 Eggs
•1/4 cup Cabbage
•1/4 cup Carrot choppings
•2 tbsp French Beans choppings
•1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce
•1 tbsp Chinese Chilli paste/Schezwan Chutney
•Salt
•1/2 tsp Black pepper
•1/2 tsp White Pepper
•1/2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
•1/4 tsp Ajinomoto/Aromat Powder
•Spring Onion choppings
•1/4 cup Onions
•1 Green chilli
•1/4 tsp Garam masala
•1 tsp Chilli powder
•1 tsp Vinegar
