ROME, ITALY – Welcome to the great city of Rome, and today we’re meeting up with local Chef Heros, who will take us to the market to buy some ingredients and then go cook one of the best Italian pastas I’ve ever had!

He’s extremely talented and passionate about food, culture, traveling, and learning about foods from around the world.
After spending many years abroad Chef Heros came back to Rome where he’s from! We had the honor for him to cook us an incredible pasta, one of the best I’ve ever had: Amatriciana, but with a little bit of an extra twist!
