Ramen Stir Fry Noodles
Ingredients

To Make Sauce Mix
Soy Sauce – 1 Tbsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2Oq9bKi)
Sriracha Sauce – 2 Tbsp
Vinegar – 2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/38YccsQ)
Chilli Flakes – 1 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/30Nrv4W)
Salt – 1/4 Tsp
Freshly Ground Pepper
Brown Sugar – 1 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/376pRNl)

To Make Noodles
Instant Noodles – 300 Gms
Oil – 1 Tsp
Water
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Ginger
Chopped Red Chillies
Chopped Onion – 1 No.
Beans
Sliced Carrot – 1 No.
Green Capsicum – 1/2 No.
Yellow Capsicum
Cabbage
Spring Onion White
Spring Onion Greens

Method:
1. To cook the noodles, take a pot and boil water.
2. To this add the instant noodles and cook it. Add oil.
3. Strain the noodles over a sieve.
4. Drizzle some oil over the noodles and rinse it with cold water.
5. Toss the noodles to avoid noodles sticking with each other.
6. Transfer to a plate and keep it aside.
7. To make the sauce mix, to a bowl add soya sauce, sriracha sauce, vinegar chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Mix well.
8. Add brown sugar to balance the flavors and mix well.
9. To a wide pan, add oil, garlic, ginger, red chillies, onion. Saute them for a minute.
10. Add beans, carrot, green capsicum, yellow capsicum and cabbage. Saute the vegetables for 3 mins.
11. Add the saute mixture and stir it.
12. Now add the cooked noodles and toss it well until noodles are coated with the sauce.
13. Add spring onion whites and spring onion green. Finally toss again.
14. Ramen Stir Fry is ready to be served.

Chilli Gobi
Ingredients

3-4 cups Water to boil the cauliflower
1 small Cauliflower florets / Gobi Florets

For the batter
Maida/ All purpose flour – 3 tsp
Cornflour – 3 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Oil for frying

For the sauce
Sesame Oil – 2 tsp
Ginger – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Garlic – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Green Chili – 2 (finely chopped)
Onion – 1 (Cut into cubes)
Green Capsicum – 1 (cut into large pieces)
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Light Soya Sauce- 2 tsp
Red Chilli sauce – 3 tsp
Green Chilli Sauce – 3 tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tsp
Schezwan Sauce – 2 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Water to adjust the consistency

For the slurry
1 tsp Corn flour
2 tbsp Water
