Jian Bing is a popular China Street Food. It’s Fast Chinese Cooking. It’s a crepe or thin pancake cooked on a circular grill. You get a choice of toppings and sauces to put inside a thin crepe. Also usually includes a crispy cracker or Chinese doughnut rolled inside with the other ingredients. Really delicious!
