Vietnam street food is all about fresh ingredients. I found my love in the new Vietnamese street food dish, which is bull testicles soup. It is tasty, chewy, soft and very interesting to eat. They cleaned and cooked the whole bull testicles in more than 4 hours. When serving, people here cut the testicles into thin slices and eat them alone or with rice porridge. In this video, I had a delicious meal of bull testicles in a 5 People Family Dinner Meal in Vietnam.
