ONE CANADIAN FRIEND, ONE FILIPINA, AND A BIG ROAD TRIP UP TO NORTHERN SAMAR!
This video starts in Tacloban City. I was a part of Typhoon Yolanda relief work ten years ago, and went back to spend an evening at the “Gratitude Gathering” with some friends from the city. Tacloban will always have a special place in my heart… and I am forever inspired by the people who I worked side by side with… the survivors of the storm. From Tacloban, we take the bumpy road north. A quick stop in Catbalogan City at Tony’s for some delicious food, and then we find ourselves rolling into the port town of Allen.
