American Street Food in Berlin | Smashburger in Production | Burger Vision

In our new Street Food Video we invite you to a very delicious American Street Food in Berlin. We visited Burger Vision, who offer a variety of variants of a Smashburger or a Classic Burger and were allowed to look over their shoulders while they make their delicious Smashburger Creations. From the Butcher’s Shop to the Bakery to the preparation of the juicy, hearty Chili Cheeseburger and the popular Smashburger, the video contains everything that every Burger Lover longs for. American Street Food in Berlin does not yet have a long tradition when it comes to Smashburgers. Burger Vision was one of the first to offer Smashburger in Berlin. At Burger Vision, the Smashburger, like all other Burgers, has only been working with first-class ingredients since the beginning in 2015. Burger Vision really stands for Passion to create delicious Burgers – and that’s exactly what you can see and taste. Take a look and try it yourself.

[1] Meat Manufactory, Jungbulle Fleischmanufaktur / Tempelhof, Berlin

In the Jungbulle Fleischmanufaktur, the Burger Patty is also the meat combination Preparation for the Smashburger made fresh every day according to Burger Vision’s own recipe Manufactured and delivered to all six stores. Through this central meat processing ensures that every customer receives the same quality in every branch.

[2] The Patty Manufacturing

The meat mass is formed into patties of the same size by a machine and then packed and vacuumed. These are delivered fresh to the respective branches every day.

[3] The Smashburger Meat

The meat in the smashburgers is a different composition than in the patties. Which Meat and also the slightly higher fat contentis is decisive for the combination of optimal roasting and juiciness. These are packed in 5 kg Bags and delivered fresh to the respective Branches every day.

[4] Bakery Ayvaz Manufactory / Britz, Berlin

The Turkish large Bakery Ayvaz Manufaktur is commissioned by Burger Vision to buttery Burger Buns fresh every day.

[5] Steam & Warming Room so that the Yeast can developThe Dough Pieces are placed in a steam and heating room for between 1.5 and 2 hours so that the yeast can develop better and the rolls become so fluffy and soft.

[6] The Bun is sprinkled with natural Egg GlaceThe Dough Pieces are sprayed with a natural Egg Glace before they are baked for about 9 minutes get into the oven.

Burger Vision has a total of 6 Branches in Berlin (as of July 2023) and several new Branches are already being planned and are about to open – including one in Hamburg.

The Burger Vision Team also calls it “The Gold” – the caramelized Onions that come as a delicious topping on the Smashburger.
