Cook time: 20 mins
Number of servings: 4-5 persons

Ingredients  

Hakka Noodles – 2 packets
Cabbage – 1 cup (250 ml)
Onions – 2
Capsicum – 1/2
Green chilies – 2
Schezwan sauce – 3 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – ½
Spring onions
Oil for deep frying  

Method
1. Cut vegetables thinly
2. Boil the Hakka noodles
3. Let all the water drain out
4. Once the noodles are completely dry, take it in a large bowl and toss it with some cornflour
5. Deep fry the noodles till they are crispy and golden brown in color
6. Once the noodles come to room temperature, break the noodles into smaller pieces
7. Add in the thinly cut vegetables, sauces, lemon juice and mix it well
8. You can season the Chinese Bhel with salt if required
9. Chinese Bhel is ready to be served immediately. Garnish it with some chopped spring onion greens.
