While exploring the area outside Amer Fort in Jaipur, Rajasthan, I stopped by a street vendor to buy some samosa. They cost 15 rupees each, which is just $0.18 USD, although I’ve seen them for sale as cheap as 5 rupees.
The contents of the samosa was aloo masala, which is potato and spice mixture. It was delicious. The filling was all soft and mushy and the pastry coating was crispy.
