Let’s check off a few requirements… Endless seafood, check. High end offerings like lobster, foi gras, beef wellington and more, yes! The search brought me to the JW Cafe at the JW Marriott Hotel in Hanoi. Not only where the selections and offerings top notch, the service from the servers and the hosts were outstanding. And if all the food and drinks weren’t enough, they have one the best desserts I’ve ever tried.
