On 24 and 25 September the event “The Golden Steak” took place. The Italian T-bone steak cooking championship in Piazza Virginio in the city of Cuneo, Italy.
The competition consists of 3 challenges, each with a different type of cut (2nd challenge in this video):

2nd challenge: Tomahawks
3rd challenge: “Fiorentina”
