Philippines Street Food | SISIG (Crispy and Sizzling!)

Sisig is a Filipino dish made from parts of pig’s head and liver, usually seasoned with calamansi and chili peppers. It can also be topped with egg and mayo for that added creamy taste. It goes well with beer and sisig as the pulutan.

These are some of the sisig prepared differently and with different variation with the same delicious taste that is truly a Philippines’ pride.

Some are cooked in the streets which is now becoming one of the street foods that are popping around the corner and some are served on restaurants and carinderia.

This food video was inspired by Mark Wiens and Aden Films on their food adventures.
