Amazing Street Food at Bangkok Night Market 🇹🇭

I enjoyed a street food binge at the Jodd Fairs Night Market in Bangkok, Thailand.

This market was highly recommended to me by a lot of you guys, when I asked you lot where the best night food area of Bangkok was. Street food is a popular way to experience the culture and flavors of different countries, and Bangkok is no exception.

I began my street food adventure at Silom MRT station and caught the train to Phra Ram 9, which is the closest station to the night market.

When I arrived and saw the variety of tasty treats that were available I wasn’t disappointed. I was also supprised that they also sell clothing and other items at this market too.

The market is really quite huge and there were so many people there on this night.

I began the night looking for some local Thai food, and bumped into a very interesting bug store, still not quite sure if this is Thai food or not. It cost me about $3 for a big bag on this street food.

After a bag of bugs I needed a cold refreshing drink to wash them down. I discovered a famous very beautiful fruit juice lady.

She was surrounded with people taking photos and videos, she must be quite famous. I tried her watermellon smoothie, it was quite delicious and only cost $3.70 (130 Baht)

I then had a craving for some salty kind of food, and discovered a Takoyaki store, selling Japanese Thai food.

I tried the octopus takoyaki it was very sweet but the octopus was quite chewy. Fortunately it wasn’t so spicy like in the last market video.

Meanwhile the bugs were not settling in my stomach so well, so I needed another drink. I found a tasty refreshing Piña colada. I started to feel much better after that.

The grilled beef caught my eye, so I tried three barbeque sticks of beef, pork and chicken. The beef was very succulent.

Then to my suprise I found a cannabis edibles store and tried some interesting sweet gummy bears. I’m not sure if I really felt any from them or not.

I then made my way to a Thai Chinese cuisine of salted egg lava. It was a burst of flavour, quite gooey and very sweet. They had many different varieties to choose from.

After one more Piña colada and ended the night with probably my most favourite dish a classic Thai roti. It was quite popular at the market as there was quite a big queue. I went for the nutella one, it was simply amazing.

I then grabbed a quick grab bike costing me only $1.89 to take me 5km back to the hotel.

A great night with wonderful street food at a lovely night market with bargain prices. I’ll definitely be back again!
