We decided to do the $100 street food Challenge in Tokyo, Japan.
We went to the Asakusa district in Tokyo. Asakusa retains the vibe of an older Tokyo, with traditional craft shops and street-food stalls along Nakamise Street near the ancient Sensō-ji temple. As well packing some amazing street food locations.
1.Tako Senbai
Tako Senbai is an octopus Japanese rice cracker that tastes like a crispy snack with the savory meat in the middle.

2. Airang Hot Dog
Cheddar Cheese Corndog is a beautiful deep-fried corndog made from rice flour batter with a thick filling on cheddar cheese.
Price : ¥500/ $3.61
3. Dango
Dango is a Japanese dumpling made from rice flour mixed with uruchi rice flour and glutinous rice flour. it’s basked in a layer of Kinako which adds a sweet flavor to the entire thing

4. Ningyo Yaki
Ningyo is the Japanese word for doll, so the name of this sweet reads “baked dolls”. Ningo-yaki are small cakes baked in small molds and are filled with sweet anko bean paste.

5. Manju
Manjū is a traditional Japanese confection. Of the many varieties of manjū, most have an outside made from flour, rice powder, kudzu, and buckwheat, and a filling of anko, usually made from boiled adzuki beans and sugar. we took the deep friend manju and the cream cheese manju.

6. Ice Monaka
It’s basically a soothing ice-cream sandwiched in between a light yet crispy rice wafers, you get to choose the ice-cream of your choice, we choose Macha(Green Tea) Flavor.

7. Dora-Soft-e (Soft Serve Japanese Ice cream)
This is basically a soft serve ice-cream on a pancake and it tastes amazing. It’s simple but the pancake with the ice-cream, just YUM!
