On day 2 of our Xi’an China street food series we spent the day exploring the Muslim Quarter, an area packed with all kinds of traditional Chinese food including Halal Street Food and VEGETARIAN Street food! We tasted a few different kind of noodles including the worlds LONGEST noodle! Also some AMAZING lamb skewers to finish off a full day of eating!
