AMRITSARI NUTRI KULCHA RECIPE ❤️

Ingredients:
* Soya Chunks – 1 large cup
* Salt to taste
* Sugar – 1 tsp
* Hing – 1/4 tsp
* Water
* Oil – 2 tbsp
* Ghee – 2 tbsp
* Jeera – 1 tsp
* Dalchini – 1 inch
* Choti Elaichi – 2pc
* Badi Elaichi – 1pc
* Cloves – 2pc
* Bay Leaf – 2pc
* Black Peppercorns – 1 tbsp
* Onions – 4 medium
* Green Chilli – 4pc
* Ginger – 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
* Garlic – 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
* Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
* Degi Chilli Powder – 2 tbsp
* Coriander Powder – 3 tbsp
* Amchur Powder – 1 tbsp
* Kasuri Methi – 1 tbsp
* Tomatoes – 4 medium
* Capsicum – 1 medium
* Dark Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
* Cream – 2 tbsp
* Handful Coriander Leaves

Recipe:
1. Boil the soya in some water along with salt, sugar and hing for 10-12 mins. Then, wash properly with cold water twice and squeeze out the excess water.

2. Take a kadai, add oil, ghee, whole spices, aromatics, onions, green chilli, ginger and garlic. Let them cook till golden brown.

3. Add the spices, kasuri methi and water. Let it cook.

4. Then add the tomatoes along with salt and water. Let them cook properly for 10-15 mins.

5. Once the oil separates, add capsicum, soy sauce, boiled soya and some more water. Again, cook it on for 5 mins.

6. Finally, add cream, mix well breaking the soya chunks, top with coriander and enjoy!
