This 64 year old man in Oita prefecture only sleeps around 3 hours so that he can setup and open his ramen yatai stall for his customers. He enjoys having his regulars come to eat his ramen and visit him. He doesn’t even have a cellphone, but enjoys his work. If you have a chance, why don’t you go visit his yatai stall?
