Most likely a Top 5 on anyone’s list of their favorite Taiwan street foods and night market foods is what I like to refer to as Taiwanese Tacos, the Chinese name for them is Gua Bao. Just like at Subway restaurants, you get it made to order, there are typically a lot of toppings and seasonings to choose from. Delicious bar-b-que pork belly and the fluffy steamed bread are the primary ingredients no matter what market or street vendor you buy from. I have seen chicken and beef versions of this classic dish as well.
