Chicken Marination:

Boneless chicken – 250gms (Each piece 10-15gms)
Salt – half tsp
Turmeric powder – half tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Badshah garam masala – half tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Fresh lemon juice – 1/2 (half)
Ginger & Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Raw egg – 1
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Corn flour – 1 tbsp

Masala powders:

Badshah garam masala
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Red chilli powder
White pepper powder
Chat masala
Salt

Veggies:

Green chillies 🌶️
Carrot 🥕
Capsicum
Cabbage
Spring onions
Beans

Chicken Fry Part:
👇
Oil – 100ml
Marinated chicken
(Fry for 10 mins on medium flame)
(After that cut each piece into half)

Water – 2 litres
Salt – 2 tbsp
Chicken fried oil – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Noodles – 2 Blocks (2 Blocks serves 3 people perfectly)
(Boil for 2-3 Mins)
Rinse with cold water

Raw eggs – 2 (Beaten)

Chicken Noodles Making Process:
Oil – 4 tbsp (Chicken Fried Rice)
Beaten eggs
Ginger & Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Fried chicken pieces (Fry for 30 seconds)
Chopped : cabbage, carrot, green chilies, beans, spring onions and capsicum.
Boiled noodles
White pepper powder – 1 tsp
Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – half tsp
Badshah garam masala – 1 tsp
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Soya sauce – 2 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
