Street food in Vietnam is common and often really, really good. Here I’m served a delicious steaming hot bowl of pho with chicken, on the street in Chau Doc, in the Mekong Delta. Every day of my bike tour, I would eat a bowl of pho for breakfast or lunch, it provides excellent fuel for cycling
