Today we eat Vietnamese street food, specifically Bun Dau Met (Vietnamese rice noodles with fried tofu). We also order a side of Nem (rolled sausage in rice paper). All for less than 1 USD! But first, we visit the Vietnam Military History Museum. It’s morbid to revisit memories of World War II and other atrocities. However it is essential to remember the past to prevent such acts from repeating in the future. We also stop by Ba Dinh Square and attempt to get into the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
