Bánh Đúc Cô Hà – Auntie Ha and the rest of these ladies will make you feel like family when you hang around them for a little while. Many people get this dish to go, but I must admit, staying and eating with everybody had to be my favorite part. You aren’t going to find a Bánh Đức that is more flavor packed than this.

Bò lá Lốt Mỡ Chài – This lady was a little shy, but I promise you will love her when you get to be around her. She is really making a delicious Bò lá Lốt Mỡ Chài and it’s so hard to believe how cheap she can keep the prices. What I love most is her tender beef, but matched with a pungent and funky Mam Nem. Something I often crave!
