Today we head to Cebu, Philippines to try ALL THE FILIPINO STREET FOOD! Hahah, not all, but we sure ate a lot. Here’s the list of filipino food we ate in Cebu:
-Saang, boiled conch snail
-Gulaman, filipino dessert drink with gelatin and coconut milk
-Balut, duck egg with semi developed embryo/fetus inside
-Green mango with bagoong, shrimp paste
-Pungko pungko, Filipino dining experience where you “squat” haha more like sit on stools in a shared buffet setting! So fun 🙂
-Kinilaw is Filipino ceviche, has coconut milk
-Leche flan, Filipino dessert
