This Harry Uppal food review is about a Sardar ji who sells Huge Dosas in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.
He shares his story about his mother’s family coming from Pakistan and settling in Bangalore, India.
When his mother got married in Jammu, she was really good at making Dosas so they started a Dosa business.
He started his journey as a medical shop owner which is more than 70 years old and running but wanted to do something big for his family.
Learning to make the South Indian Food specialty was tough and he says that it took the mother-son duo almost 5 years to establish this taste of the amazing recipes like Paneer Butter Masala Dosa, Rava Idli recipe and the Jumbo Rava Dosa that he sells in Jammu.
