Vietnam street food – Pig Pork Cooked Four Ways

Pork is very popular in Vietnam. Vietnamese can cook more than 50 main courses from pork and pig. You can see it in Vietnam street food for sure. There are many well known dishes from pig pork when it comes to Vietnam street food. In Vietnam for more than a year, I love many street food from pig pork in Vietnam, such as BBQ pork belly, Crispy Roasted pork and pig sausage. All are delicious. Each is cooked in its own recipe, making every pig pork street food dish a distinguish specialty. You can see how pig pork is cooked four ways. It’s amazing that here in Vietnam, I had a chance to eat four main courses which are cooked from pig pork.
