Nem Lụi Cô Đào- One of the friendliest Aunties I know. Located in such a great market for food. Cô Đào is at the top with her banh hoi and nem nuong. Equally as delicious are here nem nuong as she has a beef and pork version. But for me the highlight has to be her flavor packed sauces. She have three versions of sauces to make sure to take care of everybody. Also you cannot overlook her detail for everything such as: the abundance of vegetation, cleanliness, and attention to each detail.

Lẩu cá 67- Big sister here will make sure you are served some delicious food. Working on her recipe for about three months before even thinking about opening up here restaurant. Her attention to flavor and always playing around until it’s just right is big sisters way of showing her love for good food and to you. Got to get the fried big breast tossed in sauce and water spinach as well when you come here.

Ya ua dâu tằm – This group of ladies become famous for serving up a different soup noodle every day of the week. The local workers quickly feel in love with the daily delicious soups, but for me today it was all about a yogurt drink with mulberries. Something I haven’t seen before and was a treat to try for the first time. Everything sourced from Da Lat as well.
