Vietnam Street Food – CHICKEN IN A COKE CAN

Ga Tan is a special food from Hanoi, Vietnam. Entire birds are crammed into soda cans along with a mixture of medicinal herbs and simmered for hours. The resulting dish is supposed to be extremely healthy. Ga Tan can be consumed on its own or with noodles (usually the instant kind).
