Today I headed to the original Chinatown in Bangkok, the street mecca that is Talat Phlu Market. Ask anyone in Bangkok and they will tell you that Talat Phlu is number one to try loads of Thai street food dishes in one area. I want to help you find authentic Thai street food wherever you are staying in Bangkok by giving you these little DIY food tours in every area of the city.
I tried some amazing Chinese dumplings at an unknown shop called Bamee Keow Moo Shantou – Chinese Dumplings, then walked to the train tracks to eat some Pu Pong Karee (ปูผัดผงกะหรี่) and Koong Gratiem (กุ้งทอดกระเทียม) at Ran Saep Talat Phlu.
