The vendor will offer a wide selection of fried food ranging from lumpia (spring rolls which can be made of meat or vegetables), longganisa (sausage), fried chicken, buwad (dried fish), utok (brain), crab meat, fried pork and the best-seller ginabot (chicharon bulaklak) with puso on the side.
