Veg Hakka Soak Noodles:-
INGREDIENTS :-
2 (Packs) Chings Secret Hakka Noodles (Soaked),
3 tbsp Oil,
1/2 Cup Cabbage crumbs,
1 Onion Chopped,
1/2 cup Carrot crumbs,
1/2 Capsicum Choppes,
1/4 cup Green peas,
Stir until 30 secs for High Flame
To serve with Schezwan Chutney…
Noodles Soaking & Preparation
– Boil water and turn off the flame
– SOAK and cover 2 packs of Ching’s Secret Hakka Noodles, for 5 minutes in this hot water.
– Drain and rinse with cool water, set aside.
– Heat 4 tbsp oil in pan.
– Stir-fry 4 cups sliced vegetables of your choice for 2-3 minutes.
– Add the cooked Ching’s Secret Hakka noodles
– Add 1 sachet Ching’s Secret Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala
– Sprinkle 2 tbsp water, mix well and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
– Serve Hot with Ching’s Secret Schezwan Chutney, Enjoy!
