Street Food in Wuhan, China and the People that Make It // Along the Yangtze Day 7

Wuhan has a reputation for tasty breakfasts. After eating a feast of street foods, I’ve proven that this reputation is warranted . I try the highly popular re gan mian or hot dry noodles. I stuff my face with san xiang dou pi or 3 flavor tofu skin. I crunch down on a mian wo. And so much more.

When night falls, I head to the night market for more street food including some local specialties. Overall, it was an amazingly delicious day and it made me re-think Chinese breakfasts.
