Khao Gaeng Nok Khun Tong (ข้าวแกงนกขุนทอง) – https://goo.gl/maps/ZQabca7ngtXdrQqJ6 – An absolutely stunning Thai rice and curry stall – everything you order is superb. This is probably the best breakfast you can eat.

Son In Laws Eggs ไข่ลูกเขย

Ran Kai Dao (ร้านไข่ดาว) – https://goo.gl/maps/BPbwVGtDeYwnTfMn7 – This restaurant serves Western Thai style breakfast food. The food is not really my style, but it is legendary and classic, and worth a visit for the ambiance. Total price – 120 THB (3.70 USD)
Yok Kheng (ร้านยกเข่ง) – https://goo.gl/maps/QUAB9GfSSYJRSV5H9 – This is a legendary street food noodles restaurant in Surat Thani. They offer some unique dishes, and again it’s a classic restaurant that’s been around for decades.

Ba Ya Shellfish (หอยป้ายา) – https://goo.gl/maps/UBHGgkQY7xeWtNBH6 – Looking for a street food oysters bar? This is the place in Surat Thani. The oysters were huge and plump, the taste wasn’t the best I’ve had, but they were big and fun to eat – especially Thai style with all the toppings.
